Frequently Asked Questions

  • You don’t need a referral to book, but you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a GP Mental Health Care Plan. This typically covers up to six sessions, with the option for ten after a review. Some private health funds may also offer rebates—check with your provider to confirm.

  • No preparation is needed. Our first session is a space to explore what’s brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin understanding how we can work together.

  • Yes. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all age groups.

  • Sessions take place at Health Space in Mona Vale in the Northern Beaches. It’s a welcoming, professional environment designed to support your comfort and privacy throughout the therapeutic process.
